Onboarding and Training
We can provide onboarding and training services to help the chef become familiar with the client's kitchen, equipment, and preferences. Founded by a chef, we are uniquely positioned to help onboard new chefs with all aspects of being an effective integral part of our client’s home. If a client requires it, we can offer a rigorous training process that ensures that our chefs are well-versed in the latest nutritional research and can prepare healthy and delicious meals that meet your dietary requirements. This can include but is not limited to blood work analysis, menu coaching, and performance staff coordination.

As a crucial step in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their homes, we meticulously screen and vet all of our candidates through a rigorous interview process as well as a third-party background check to ensure that each chef has the necessary qualifications and experience, as well as a clean record.
